Xperi Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: XPER), (“Xperi” or the “Company”) today announced that it will host a virtual Investor Day on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 8:30AM ET. In anticipation of its separation into two stand-alone trading entities, senior members from both the company’s product business, Xperi, and the company’s IP licensing business, Adeia, will provide an in-depth overview of each business’ value creation strategy and growth prospects post spin. Shareholders, media representatives, and others interested in Xperi and Adeia may participate in the webcast by registering through the Investor Relations section on Xperi’s website or at http://xperiadeia2022investorday.q4ir.com/
