UiPath Names Former SAP Executive Brad Brubaker Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel to Support Company’s Continued Global Growth

UiPath,
the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) market leader, today announced the
appointment of Brad Brubaker as its chief legal officer, general
counsel. In this new role, Brubaker will provide legal leadership,
guidance and counsel at the strategic and tactical level to support the
company’s global mission to accelerate the adoption of automation across
public and private sectors and businesses of all sizes.

Brubaker joins UiPath from SAP where he served as senior vice president,
general counsel of SAP’s global field legal function. As a member of
SAP’s senior leadership team, he led a team of more than 300 legal
professionals in 20 countries and was responsible for supporting SAP’s
global field operations and subsidiaries located in 50 countries.
Brubaker has spent the majority of his career at SAP, holding several
leadership positions including general counsel and corporate secretary
for SAP America where he managed the legal, contracts compliance, risk
management and government relations functions.

Brubaker began his legal career as an associate at Brown & Connery.
Prior to attending law school, he was a systems engineer at RCA
Aerospace and General Electric Corporations. An advocate for re-skilling
and education, Brubaker serves as the chair of The City Year
Philadelphia Site Board, which enables City Year Philadelphia to build a
strong and sustainable organization that unites community leaders to
make a difference.
