The Predictive Index (PI), talent optimization leader, today announced the appointment of Drew Fortin as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this new role, Drew will curate the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy, which includes expanding the talent optimization category and building PI’s talent optimization platform for scale using a product-led growth (PLG) model. Drew will be tasked with driving internal alignment to achieve market adoption, client retention, and revenue generation targets.

Drew joined PI—an Inc. 5000 winner four years in a row—in 2015, where he architected and launched the talent optimization category and played a key role in scaling annual revenues over 400%. He brings nearly 20 years of experience and a versatile skill-set that includes go-to-market strategy, category design, marketing, sales, and team leadership.

Before joining PI, Drew led teams and developed strategies for companies in e-commerce, local media, and marketing technology working for Staples, Compete (now Kantar), HubSpot, and California’s once-iconic PennySaver. Drew holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a BA in Music Business Management from Berklee College of Music.
