today announced the appointment of Carey Pellock as Senior Vice
President of Human Resources and Dorean Kass as Senior Vice President of
Sales. The company also announced that Senior Vice President, Chief Data
Officer, Venkat Achanta, will add Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
responsibility to his current role with oversight of Product Engineering
and Technology Operations.

Pellock has more than 20 years of demonstrated expertise in leading high
performance HR teams by advancing employee engagement, people
development, retention strategies and recruitment programs to support
business growth and enable high performing teams. As SVP of HR, she
oversees all global HR strategies that focus on talent management and
acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, compensation and
benefits and change management.
Kass will oversee global field sales, account management, sales
engineering, lead generation and sales operations with a focus on
helping clients succeed by solving their most critical challenges.
During his 12 year tenure at Neustar, Kass has led sales teams across
the company’s marketing analytics, risk and security business units,
driving growth and enhancing sales performance and execution.
Achanta, will continue in his current role expanding Neustar’s
authoritative identity and attribution platform, OneID®,
and in addition will lead the Product Engineering and Technology
Operations team. This team is responsible for aligning Neustar solutions
and infrastructure to customer and business needs. Achanta has extensive
operational experience that together, with his data and analytics
expertise, further enhances the company’s market position.
