KlariVis, a fast-growing enterprise dashboard and analytics solution for the financial services industry, announced that Eric Litz has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer.

A customer-focused technology leader, Litz has spent the past 24 years building engineering teams that drive business and client outcomes in wealth management, credit card processing and financial services. He will oversee the company’s data, engineering, business intelligence and information security teams, reporting to KlariVis Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kim Snyder.

“Eric brings a tremendous amount of experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams in the financial services space, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team,” said Snyder. “He is a proven technology leader with a strong business acumen and an inherent passion for people development and fostering strong cultures that execute at the highest level.” Most recently, Litz was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Delta Data for ten years where he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic technology vision.

“The quality of the team and their focus on community banking were major factors for joining,” said Litz. “With a solid base, KlariVis is growing rapidly and helping more financial institutions leverage their data to make informed and meaningful decisions that drive value for their bank. KlariVis has a clear direction to solve the bank data conundrum, and I look forward to using my experience to drive the next evolution of the platform.”

KlariVis is community banking’s secret weapon in their continuing struggle to compete with larger, national institutions. The company empowers financial institutions by providing self-service access to interactive data dashboards, allowing the entire organization to quickly interpret and act upon the high-value data that is important to serve its customers.

After more than two years, KlariVis’ current CTO, Art Lucia, will be returning to mobile solutions company InfernoRed Technology, where he is the co-founder. “My time with KlariVis has been outstanding,” said Lucia. “We have created something incredible that is truly making an impact for community financial institutions. I am proud of the work we’ve done together and excited to see what’s ahead for the team.”

Snyder noted, “Art has been with us from the very beginning of this amazing journey, as our original cloud architect. He has done incredible work for KlariVis, and we wish him the very best when he returns to InfernoRed. We are grateful for his work and efforts in driving our platform forward and are thankful that he and the InfernoRed team are part of our KlariVis roots and family.”

KlariVis understands the unique challenges banks face. As veteran bank executives, the team knows first-hand the important role that financial institutions play in their communities. As a result, KlariVis has experienced rapid growth, more than doubling its client base since the start of the year and helping numerous banks leverage their data to make informed and meaningful decisions that drive value for their bank.
