Eleplan, a care management platform that uses AI to help families create actionable care plans for people with disabilities or serious health needs, will join the Innovation for All Startup Experience at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 starting today.

The Startup Experience will give Eleplan booth space at CES at Eureka Park® and an opportunity to present its business to a global audience of investors on Wednesday, January 8, at 2-4 pm PST, along with nine other startups founded by diverse groups or supporting technologies that serve diverse groups. The company will also participate in CES Innovation For All programming aimed at furthering inclusive and diverse technology.

Eleplan’s focus on inclusion and accessibility broadens the definition of who benefits from healthcare technology. The platform is purpose-built to support families of people with disabilities, especially those with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with serious conditions such as cancer and dementia for whom continuity of care is critical.

The New Jersey-based company uses AI to extract, optimize, and structure granular details of a person’s life into a single, intuitive platform that is hyper-searchable, HIPAA-compliant and fully shareable across a patient’s life stages—from medical documents to details about hobbies, diet and relationships. Families, healthcare professionals and patients can easily access this information to close critical data gaps and create customized care plans.

“The complex care needs of millions of people with disabilities easily get lost in the gaps of bad data. We’ve invested in high-quality technology that turns fragmented information into actionable care, giving every person the chance to be truly cared for, supported and empowered to thrive,” said Amanda Lukof, co-founder and CEO of Eleplan. “We’re thrilled to be presenting our person-centered care platform to investors and partners looking for health innovations that empower professionals and families to confidently plan and manage care.”

Eleplan will be exhibiting at CES at Eureka Park at Booth #60658.
