CENTAURI ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT AND COO

Dennis Kelly Jr. will provide strategic leadership as company
completes rebrand and eyes growth opportunities

Following the company’s recent rebrand, Centauri,
a leading provider of high-end engineering, intelligence, cyber security
and advanced technology solutions, today announced that Dennis Kelly Jr.
has been appointed as the company’s new president and chief operating
officer. He will support CEO Dave Dzaran in executing the company’s
strategy and vision.

Kelly joins Centauri as the new president and COO with more than 30
years of experience in the government contracting community. He has held
numerous executive and operational leadership roles, including CEO, COO,
business development, marketing, investor relations and corporate
communications. At Centauri, Kelly will leverage his experience growing
companies both organically and through strategic acquisitions and
partnerships.

“Dennis is uniquely qualified to help Centauri identify strategic
partners to expand our end-to-end capabilities and successfully
integrate them into the organization to better meet customer mission
requirements,” said Dzaran. “I look forward to working closely with
Dennis to ensure Centauri continues its robust organic expansion.”

Kelly will also oversee Centauri’s talent acquisition team, with a focus
on leveraging advances in mobile computing and artificial intelligence
to quickly identify top talent and streamline the process to bring them
into the company.

“As Centauri continues to expand, our top priority remains identifying
the most qualified individuals to help our government partners achieve
their mission,” said Dzaran. “Dennis’s proven track record of finding
and attracting the industry’s top talent will be crucial to our
company’s success in the national security market and maintaining our
position as one of the most sought-after workplaces in the industry.”

In his new role, Dennis will be joined by two additional new members of
the leadership team:

  • Patricia
    Nunn
, who is serving as Centauri’s senior vice president of
business development. Nunn brings over 25 years of professional
management experience supporting and leading teams in the information
technology, engineering and logistics spaces. She is responsible for
leading business development strategies that provide full-spectrum
offerings to customers through complete end-to-end solutions.
  • Sandy
    Albers
, who is the new vice president of human resources at
Centauri. Albers brings more than 30 years of HR experience to her new
role, primarily in high-tech, government and professional consulting
venues in both domestic and international business settings. She has
an extensive history of implementing innovative employee-centric HR
initiatives and is working to ensure employees at Centauri continue to
    thrive.

“With a passionate team, collaborative culture, and innovative
technology and solutions, joining the Centauri team was an opportunity
that I couldn’t pass up,” said Kelly. “I look forward to supporting our
customers’ mission-critical cyber, space, defense and intelligence
missions by bolstering Centauri with even more talent, resources and
capabilities.”

Kelly, a U.S. Navy veteran, came to Centauri from Buchanan & Edwards,
Inc. where he served as president and CEO. He has held multiple
high-level leadership positions throughout his career, helping companies
successfully grow their business and achieve their corporate goals. He
shares that expertise as an adjunct professor in the George Mason
University Executive MBA program.
