Cadre, the leading technology-enabled real estate investment platform,
announced today that Sam Mischner has joined the company in the role of
Chief Commercial Officer. Mischner brings expertise in strategic sales
and operational excellence to Cadre, where he will oversee marketing,
sales, and operations.

“Sam offers a wealth of operational, sales, and marketing experience,
and he has a successful track record of delivering business results
during high growth periods. We are eager to add Sam to our team as we
continue to expand our product line, grow our client base, and offer
institutional-grade real estate investment opportunities to more
individuals,” said Ryan Williams, Cadre’s CEO and Co-founder.

Prior to joining Cadre, Mischner served as Chief Revenue Officer and
head of mortgages for the online loan marketplace LendingTree. There, he
oversaw enterprise-wide sales and helped the company’s revenue grow from
$140M in 2013 to more than $760M in 2018. Before LendingTree, Mischner
served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Lending Group, where he was
responsible for launching and scaling a mortgage division for the bank
holding company. Mischner also founded, grew, and eventually sold the
mortgage brokerage firm Freedom Financial Solutions. He is a graduate of
the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.

“Joining Cadre is an incredible opportunity to help build a truly
special business,” Mischner said. “Cadre is expanding access to quality
commercial real estate investments so more individuals can benefit from
the ownership of a historically opaque, illiquid asset class. I am
looking forward to helping lead the company in its next phase of growth.
Together with this executive team, I know that we can fulfill our vision
of improving more people’s financial futures.”
