workshops about inspiring employees and retaining top talent to
drive business success during next week’s SHRM19 Annual Conference
and Exposition.

Chris Mullen, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, director of HCM strategic advisory
services at Kronos, will present the MEGA SESSION, “WorkInspired:
How to Build an Organization Where Everyone Loves to Work.”
During his session, Mullen will pull back the curtain on the
award-winning Kronos WorkInspired culture, discuss the connection
between employee engagement and business success at Kronos, and
share the surprisingly simple rules pioneered by Kronos CEO Aron
Ain that leaders – whether they have an organization of five or
500,000 – can follow to create an inspired culture of their own.

Stacey Kervin, SHRM-CP, senior manager, HCM practice group at
Kronos, will present, “Choice
as the New Competitor: Use the Employee Experience to Recruit and
Retain Top Talent.” During her session, Kervin will explore
how organizations can leverage the daily moments that matter most
to employees to meet changing expectations and better retain high
performers.
