AOSL), today announced that its Board of Directors intends to nominate
Claudia Chen as a director to be elected at its 2019 Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders in November 2019 (the “AGM”). The Company also
announced that, after six years of distinguished service, Bob Chen has
informed the Board that he will not stand for re-election at the AGM.
