Rondinella spent nearly 20 years at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as SVP of Global Distribution and Strategy, where she oversaw the global growth strategy of Disney’s multi-billion dollar TV network and content distribution businesses. She led the creation of Disney Television’s consumer data and analytics function and spent several years in Disney’s Corporate Strategic Planning group focused on acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business development. She graduated from Princeton University magna cum laude with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a certificate in Spanish Language and Literature. She also holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. At Age of Learning, Rondinella is responsible for overall corporate strategy, including evaluating opportunities for organic and inorganic growth. Former Chief Strategy Officer Sunil Gunderia has transitioned into his new role as Age of Learning’s Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Mastery & Adaptive Products.
With 20 years of leadership experience in analyzing data to drive business strategy and operations, Plache leads the teams providing end-to-end data services at Age of Learning. Most recently, she was VP of Data at a leading medical technology startup, and previously served as Chief Economist at Edmunds, where she was a nationally recognized leader in automotive economics and spearheaded the use of advanced analytics to optimize online car-buying. She spent the first decade of her career as an economic consultant. Plache earned a Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA and a B.A. in Political Science from Tulane University.
Castillo is a seasoned brand strategy executive who has helped lead some of the most beloved brands in media. She was most recently VP of Marketing Strategy & Brand Management at Warner Bros. Entertainment, and previously headed Corporate Brand and Franchise Management for Marvel brands during her ten-year career at The Walt Disney Company. At Age of Learning, Castillo is responsible for managing the global growth of the company’s expanding portfolio of brands, including through the use of consumer insights to more deeply connect with families. Castillo has an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Communications from Cal Poly Pomona.
Reynaert is a highly-skilled lawyer with deep commercial, privacy, and litigation experience, having spent 15 years at leading law firms and as in-house counsel with a public technology company. She was most recently Deputy General Counsel of Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), formerly known as Rubicon Project, and she began her legal career at Heller Ehrman LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. Reynaert earned dual degrees in English Language & Literature and Psychology from the University of Michigan, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Having started her career as a high school English teacher, she’ll be bringing both her passion for education and her legal expertise to Age of Learning.
