Insight has been named the third Dell EMC Titanium Black Partner – the vendor’s highest category of channel partner.
Insight joins CDW and World Wide Technology (WWT) in the exclusive group.
“While this recognition is given by Dell EMC, it also represents our evolving relationship and the meaningful connections we’ve made within the product management, marketing, sales and support teams at our respective organisations. This level of cooperation has made our relationship thrive in an impressive way. Our goal is to provide the best solutions to our clients and the Titanium Black recognition is especially meaningful for them, as it indicates we can be an exceptional resource with the breadth of Dell EMC technologies,” said Ken Lamneck, Insight president and CEO.
Last month Dell EMC’s president of global channels, John Byrne, announced the vendor’s Tier Status Match Strategy, which determines partner status in the new programme. Dell EMC revealed the new programmes tiers are Titanium, Platinum and Gold, and within Titanium, the uber-exclusive Titanium Black status.
“The Titanium Black Tier is reserved for those partners whose steadfast relationship has been illustrated by their support for Dell EMC products, services and solutions as well as through their thoughtful and strategic collaboration with our mutual customers,” said Byrne. “The Dell EMC Partner Programme is designed to be simple, predictable, and profitable for all of our partners, and through the Titanium Black Tier, we are able to take this vision one step further and provide truly exemplary support and rewards for our partners that go above and beyond. Insight has certainly earned this distinction and we look forward to an even stronger and mutually beneficial relationship moving forward.”
“We proud to celebrate the success in achieving the Dell EMC Titanium Black status,” added Lee Nolan, director solution sales at Insight UK. “It is an absolute honour to be in such an exclusive group of partners recognised globally for their superior expertise in delivering Dell EMC solutions to the market. We are looking forward to building on our close relationship with Dell EMC as part of the Titanium Black programme.”
