TeamViewer bolsters channel team to support enterprise

TeamViewer has appointed Konstantin Ebert as director of channels and Kay Niederfahrenhorst as director of enterprise accounts EMEA.

TeamViewer focuses on the development and distribution of high-end solutions for online communication, collaboration and remote monitoring of IT systems.

Ebert joins TeamViewer with 15 years of sales experience at companies including T-Systems, Fujitsu and most recently, NetApp. Ebert will be responsible for establishing and building the channel ecosystem for TeamViewer, while also leveraging partnerships and devising different business models.

Niederfahrenhorst joined TeamViewer from NetApp, where he worked as sales director. His profile is bolstered by over 15 years of experience in sales.

Both new executives will report directly to Martin Geier, senior vice president of sales, services and support.

By reinforcing our sales department with these experienced personnel, we are striving to strengthen our relationship with enterprise and mid-sized enterprise clients,” said Andreas König, CEO of TeamViewer. “Additionally, we are now establishing a solid channel and partner model.”
