Four resellers have been appointed to the new higher education procurement framework ‘Supply of Computer Equipment Using an Apple Operating System’.
The framework, potentially worth up to £500 million, has been awarded to Stone Group, Academia, XMA and Insight, who can all officially supply Apple hardware, associated peripherals and value added services to higher education institutions throughout the UK.
“We are thrilled not only to be part of this new higher education framework but also to have scored the highest of all resellers on the evaluation criteria,” said Simon Harbridge, CEO of Stone Group.
“This framework is a game-changer for us as we cannot be beaten on price, quality, sustainability or service.” The framework goes live for purchases from 1 April.
