The Shift F7 Group has acquired local IT services firm Greencorn, which is based in the same town of Dorking, Surrey. In order to accommodate the expansion, Shift F7 will move to Greencorn’s offices this week.
“This acquisition [for an undisclosed amount] continues the strategic plan to acquire complementary and non-competing IT related businesses in order to grow as a successful IT services and solutions group,” said Shift F7.
Greencorn has a wide range of SME customers across South East England. Greencorn’s owner Andrew Loftus will join the Shift F7 management team as technical consultant. “Combining the rest of the Greencorn team’s proven experience and their loyal customer base with Shift F7s will be an excellent accelerator for our group growth strategy,” said King.
Loftus added: “The Shift F7 Group provides the wherewithal to consolidate the range of services that we currently offer which is good news for us and our customers.”
