Aditinet has appointed Steve Turner as business development director. He will be responsible for driving the professional services business’ UK presence, alongside building relationships with Aditinet’s “rapidly growing” base of customers and strategic partners, said the firm.
Aditinet entered the UK market last autumn to support and lead channel partner skills capabilities.
Turner (pictured) has joined at a time when the UK team is entering a strategic recruitment drive, sourcing a range of junior, mid-tier and senior engineer roles.
Joining Aditinet from Arrow ECS, Turner brings 15 years of IT security industry experience with him, with a focus on advising and building channel services businesses in particular. Driving business development across Aditinet’s core specialist areas of networking, security, mobility and data centre design will be a priority for Turner, covering the wide and evolving range of vendor technical skills that partners require.
Dave Stanley, Aditinet director, said: “Steve’s commitment to delivering value to our partners within the channel is total. With his combined expertise in sales and security, we’re genuinely excited about bringing him into the team at this critical growth time for Aditinet.”
Stanley said: “Our mission is to help transform our customers’ business through shifting their skills capabilities to the next level. Steve will be integral to enabling us to deliver on this as we grow within the market as the professional services partner of choice.”
Company headquartered in Rome, the Aditinet UK team is based in Reading.
