Optical infrastructure equipment provider ProLabs has opened its new global integrated headquarters and test and measurement facility in South Cerney, Gloucestershire.
ProLabs’ brand new, purpose built facility houses its offices, test laboratory and storage facilities under one roof, allowing the company to centralise its operations, creating a more effective logistical base.
Nick Moglia, CEO of ProLabs, said: “The main reason for the move was to integrate the different parts of ProLabs’ business and align our efforts. The new centre allows us to uphold our vigorous product testing and quality standards on the same site that the major corporate decisions are being made at.”
The UK company was already based in Gloucestershire before the move. The company offers optical and copper transceivers, direct attach cables (DAC), active optical cables (AOC) and cabling and media converters.
