Nimble Storage has strengthened its EMEA operations with new appointments. Gabriel Chadeau has been appointed country manager for France, and Peter Gibbs and Dan Cavanagh will lead channel sales and enablement across EMEA.
Clare Loveridge, vice president of sales, EMEA, said: “Our latest executive appointments underscore the expanding investment and commitment we’re making to accelerate growth across the EMEA region.”
Gibbs also served in a range of channel assignments through an 18-year tenure at Cisco Systems, which included serving more than 12 years in the Cisco Emerging Markets Partner Organisation.
Cavanagh will be responsible for channel go-to-market strategy and enablement by providing “robust channel programmes”, said Nimble, and leading business development and operations across EMEA. He has previously held positions at HP, Dell and CommVault.
Gabriel Chadeau was most recently sales director leading the Southern European team at Vision Solutions (formerly Double-Take Software). Chadeau also served in a range of direct and channel sales assignments at PTC and EMC prior to joining Double-Take.
Last year, Nimble Storage launched its Storage Partner Programme, a global channel programme that enables and rewards partners that resell the Nimble Adaptive Flash platform.
The programme featured the introduction of certification levels, incentives and sales enablement tools. In addition, Nimble offered programmes in alignment with its alliance partners, including Cisco and VMware, to create strategic selling opportunities for joint partners.
