Druva is rolling out a cloud managed service provider (MSP) channel strategy. Druva is also releasing new product capabilities for its inSync data availability and governance platform, including a new management console for MSPs.
Druva has launched its dedicated PartnerSync programme for MSPs, purpose-built for MSPs to “quickly jump-start” Druva services strategies. The new programme offers a large number of tools and “substantial recurring margins”, said Druva.
Participation in PartnerSync for MSPs offers “highly competitive margins”, deal registration protection, predictable recurring revenue, MSP and customer co-branding, a dedicated account manager and support, Druva said.
Scott Siragusa, VP of business development and channels at Druva, said: “More and more businesses are turning to MSPs to manage their daily data protection priorities and business needs, which is why we are building new capabilities tailored to the MSP community and allowing them to easily scale and grow their Druva business.”
PartnerSync for MSPs is available at three partner levels. Authorised MSP offers entry-level access to the MSP programme, and Certified MSP is a specialised tier that unlocks joint marketing and “empowers sales forces with educational goals”. Elite MSP is the premier level of partnership with the highest margins available to partners.
Earlier this year, Druva reported 117 percent year-on-year sales growth for the 12 months ending March, helped by cloud business and new channel relationships.
The company said it added almost 1,000 new customers, with cloud business growing 170 percent year on year-on-year. Moving beyond its endpoint backup roots, Druva is now focused on bringing data protection and governance to the mobile workforce.
