D-Link enhances VAR partner programme

D-Link has made enhancements to its Value in Partnership+ (VIP+) Programme for value added resellers, including upfront discounts and rebates allowing VARs to compete in an increasingly competitive market.

The programme offers three tiers for partners: Registered, Silver and Gold. All VIP+ partners have access to D-Link marketing and sales resources with dedicated UK pre-sales, logistics, services and support.

Highly trained Gold level partners will benefit from an increased discount. For both Silver and Gold partners there will be a formalised rebate and MDF funds that can be accessed after a development plan has been compiled.

And for the first time registered partners will obtain an up front discount direct from D-Link’s authorised distributors at point of purchase. Alongside these changes, the introduction of promotions exclusively for VIP+ partners from May has taken place, furthering D-Link’s commitment to its partners.

Andrew Mulholland, business solutions and marketing manager at D-Link UKI, said: “We’re formalising rebate rewards as well as development funding to help partners drive more demand for business solution sets.

New up-front discounts have been introduced for all VIP+ partners, demonstrating our commitment to helping them grow their business. It’s our way of rewarding our partners for the time and investment they have put in to winning new business opportunities and focusing on D-Link’s product portfolio.”

D-Link’s product portfolio comprises of over 330 products covering switching, storage, wireless, IP surveillance and services.
