Communications and collaboration specialist MeetingZone has further strengthened its channel partner team.
Scott Somenthal has joined MeetingZone’s Skype For Business team as channel manager while Darren Anderson has come on board as a pre-sales consultant. Both will report directly to Andy Clark, MeetingZone’s general manager for Skype for Business, and will play key roles in expanding the firm’s channel partner programme.
Anderson’s role at MeetingZone will involve working closely with its Skype for Business sales teams and channel partners, to provide high-level pre-sales support and expertise on the deployment of its unified communications (UC) solutions.
“It’s great to have Scott and Darren on board as we continue to grow and strengthen our Skype for Business group,” said Clark. “With their proven track records working in the IT and telecoms market, both bring first-hand understanding of the channel and customers, as well as business acumen. Both will be invaluable as we further grow our channel business.”
