Tradeshift, the cloud business collaboration and payments firm, has signed up a major client in France through its new French reseller Viseo.
Snop represents the first joint customer between Tradeshift and Viseo. Together, the companies will engage with Snop to automate the straight-through processing of over 200,000 invoices per year.
Charles Royon (left), head of Tradeshift Emea sales, said: “Partnering with established leaders in the P2P space in France such as Viseo accelerates our ability to affect change and transform supply chain operations.”
Sidney Abehsera, executive director at Viseo, said: “Tradeshift’s solution is really disruptive to the market. There is great interest from our customers and we believe that the open platform technology, along with the potential for further app development, will help our customers, like Snop, optimise processes far beyond just invoicing.”
Snop will use Tradeshift to manage 100 percent of its invoices. In the future, Snop plans to use Tradeshift purchase order (PO) automation to offer its suppliers electronic POs, with the capability of automatically flipping those POs into electronic tax-compliant invoices.
