Arrow And NETconsent Collaborate On VAR Partner Programme
Automated policy management solutions specialist aims to attract new resellers
Security software vendor NETconsent has launched a new accredited partner programme, launched in collaboration with its UK distributor Arrow ECS.
The vendor claims to have invested more than any other competitors in its specialist field of automated policy management systems. As part of its channel only sales strategy it will offer tools and training to its certified channel partners. NETconsent and Arrow ECS will provide sales and technical training, pre and post sales and marketing support, deal protection and access to marketing development funds.
Trusted partners
One of the first to sign was Darlington-based information security specialist Sapphire, whose sales director David Horn is a big fan of the marketing support, and onsite and webinar-based training.
“NETconsent has an extremely focused channel approach,” said Horn. “As a service-oriented consultancy that works as a trusted advisor to its clients, it’s essential that we have trusted relationships with our partners. We have this relationship with NETconsent.”
NETconsent’s senior VP Grant Taylor said the vendor is committed to the channel because its makes better business sense. “A mixed model of direct sales and through resellers merely creates confusion and mistrust in any new deal,” he said. “Channel partners play a crucial role in communicating the value of policy management technology. So the new programme has to equip certified partners with the technical and commercial skills they need to deliver comprehensive service and support.”
