Dealer buying groups Integra Office Solutions and Synaxon have signed a strategic partnership that will allow resellers in each group to get benefits from the other.
The partnership means that Synaxon members will be able to sign-up as Integra Computer Office Group (COG) Select members, while Integra members will be able to enlist as Synaxon Technology Partners (STPs).
The two groups said that new members will be given access to the benefits of the other group, enabling them to offer a wider range of products to customers and take advantage of preferential terms and conditions from more suppliers.
Aidan McDonough, managing director of Integra Office Solutions, said: “This partnership is designed to benefit both Integra and Synaxon members by increasing the services and solutions available to them within the IT and office supplies arena.
“It gives our members the ability to access a wider range of IT products with leading distributors and with the additional benefit of up-to-date price comparisons and stock availability via Synaxon’s e-procurement solution, EGIS,” he said.
Derek Jones, managing director of Synaxon UK, added: “Many of our members already offer a range of office supplies. By becoming a member of Integra, they’ll now be able to extend the range of products they offer to their customers and enhance their profitability.”
