VIP Computers has appointed Mark Norfolk to its Microsoft account management team.
The UK distributor made the move following what it describes as “the success of Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating” system last month and said Mr Norfolk will aim to increase the breadth of the vendor’s range.
Norfolk, has joined VIP Computers from Insight UK, following 10 years with O2, claims he’s been “encouraged” by the positive reaction to the Windows 8 launch.
Duncan McAuley, VIP’s purchasing director said Norfolk would move to ensure the sales team wre fully trained up and build relationships with customers to deliver longer-term Microsoft services for businesses.
