NextiraOne’s UK & Ireland MD, Steven Skakel, boasted that “once again” the company’s team has been recognised for providing high levels of customer satisfaction when delivering Cisco consultancy and products. It s, according to Skakel, “testament to our hard work, expertise, and commitment to long-standing and new customers”.
Cisco’s partner locator presents an easy way for potential customers to search for partners who have achieved the excellence gold star. The company measures customer satisfaction by Gold, Silver, and Premier Certified partners based on regional target goals, as well as an average of pre- and post-sales support over 12 months.
NextiraOne points out that the Cisco resale channel program is a framework within which partners can build sales, technical, and Cisco Lifecycle services skills to bring Cisco technology to end customers. It uses a third party auditing process to figure out where partners lie based on technology skills, business best practices, customer satisfaction, and support.
