RGB wants channel partners to know everything
Claims its courses give partners up to date selling advice and information
RGB Communications is ensuring its channel partners are getting the most help they can when it comes to revenue opportunities from audio installations.
The technical AV distributor company said that it is “fully committed” to making sure that the content and format of its Audio Essentials training course continues to give delegates the knowledge to meet the demands of their customers in the commercial and residential audio markets.
RGB’s CTO, David Webster, said: “Our Audio Essentials course, the content of which is constantly evolving, gives delegates a firm foundation of the first principles of audio installation. This foundation means that they understand how and why audio installations either succeed or fail.
“From the all important revenue generating perspective, the Audio Essentials course will help delegates to expertly highlight to potential customers the superior levels of sound quality which can be achieved from investment in top quality audio solutions, steering them away from settling for a poor quality but cheaper option,” continued Webster.
RGB claims that it has always understood the importance of delivering market leading training to its channel partners and its Audio Essentials course has already been well received with 69 percent of delegates, who attended during the first half of 2012, rating the course as excellent.
The objective of all of RGB’s training courses, it says, is to make sure that its channel partners are fully up to date with the latest services from its product portfolio and importantly, know how to successfully deploy them.
“Good training leads to increased expertise among our channel partners. Audio Essentials makes sure that the same emphasis is placed on audio as it is on video, together we can put the ‘A’ back into AV and deliver high quality audio solutions which win new business and drive repeat business,” Webster added.
