ITSMF forum readies for 21st year
London show to feature workshops, talks from Tesco Bank, Oxford Uni, and the Co-Op
This year will see the IT Service Management Forum’s 21st birthday in London, at the Novotel London West hotel in Hammersmith.
The conference claims that this will be the biggest of its kind so far, and will feature a keynote from Simon Wardley, which Computer Weekly identified as one of the UK’s top 50 influential people in IT. Wardley will look at IT strategy and new, disruptive technologies, according to itSMF.
Every year, the itSMF opens up to service management professionals who are interested in education and networking, including over 50 workshops – among them, presentations from the itSMF’s special interest groups and a series of sessions which will look at problem management. There will be talks from the likes of Tesco Bank, the Co-Operative Bank, Oxford University and Everything Everywhere.
Attendees will also be able to liaise with over 40 key organisations in IT services at a single event.
Following the conference is the Service Management Awards, where industry players will be given a pat on the back for their achievments and contributions to the industry. The category list is available here.
