SAP service provider partner itelligence AG has bought British outfit Blueprint.
itelligence says that it has its eyes on becoming SAP’s top partner, and will drive towards this by expanding its business analytics services through the UK channel with SAP BusinessObjects partner Blueprint.
This acquisition will build on itelligence’s existing UK business, which currently accounts for £40 million in revenues and employs 180 staff.
Value added reseller Blueprint counts among its customers Eurostar and ING Bank.
itelligence says that the acquisition will now allow the firm access to new service industries driving the UK economy.
“This move will further enhance our capability to be the SAP expert partner that both our customers and SAP can rely on,” said Justin Brading, itelligence Managing Director UK.
“With this move, we will enter new and important service industries such as the financial, the public and insurance sectors, which are central to the British economy.”
