NetApp, which is a storage and data management company, has been named as one of the best places in the UK to work.
It is the fourth consecutive year that the storage specialist has made the top ten. It was Ranked second in 2011, sixth in 2010 and forth in 2009. This year it made the fifth slot.
The ranking is carried out by the Great Place To Work Institute which said the company has a unique corporate culture and the trusted relationship between its management and employees.
Dave Allen, Area VP UK&I, at NetApp said that each employee contributed to making NetApp a fun, innovative and harmonious workplace.
We would have thought they would have had their work cut out making storage fun but apparently not.
NetApp tells us that it encourages the same ethos throughout all of its offices and as a result it is named in the top ten companies most countries.
