Computer 2000 has signed a distribution deal that will see it selling D-Links’ range of consumer and business networking products directly through its specialist PC components division.
The pair have said the new agreement means that D-Link products, including IP surveillance cameras, home storage and networking products, will now be available to new resellers and help to drive sales growth.
Andrew Mulholland, business solutions manager at D-Link UK and Ireland, said: “We are pleased to be back working with Computer 2000. We have worked well with each other in the past and now is the ideal time for us to re-engage. The addition of Computer 2000 as a distributor is further evidence of D-Link’s ongoing commitment to the channel in the UK and builds on the recent launch of our value in partnership+ programme.”
He added that by partnering with Computer 2000, the company would have new routes to business and consumer markets, meaning it could target more reseller partners.
D-Link has said it will work closely with Computer 2000 to make sure its resellers have all the training and support they need to help them make the sales and also garner as much revenue as possible.
